City Bus Fees

  • The Ulsan city bus service includes a general bus operating in the entire areas of Ulsan Metropolitan City, a local bus operating in each region like gu or gun, a general seated bus within Ulsan, a wide-area bus (seated bus) that reaches other cities, and finally an airport bus (limousine) that departs from Ulsan Terminal and arrives at Incheon International Airport. Especially, since November 1, 2010, a KTX limousine at Ulsan Station (Express Bus) with four routes was newly launched, and currently, it is operating between the designated Bus-stop and Ulsan KTX Station.

Low Floor Bus

  • It is a type of bus where the entrance has no steps, the bottom of the bus is very low, and the slope is mounted so that the handicapped on a wheelchair, an elderly person or a mother with a baby in a cart can easily use.

Necessity for Low Floor Buses

  • Compared to subway systems, a bus has a short distance between stations and less burdens of vertical movement. As a result, it can be classified as the most convenient public transportation service for the weak people including the lightly handicapped and elders. If we operate a low floor bus without steps, everyone including the handicapped or general people can use it more conveniently. Eventually, a low floor bus is a globally spread trend. Moreover, in terms of mobility for the weak people and promoted convenience of every passenger, it is a necessity of the 21st century.

Metropolitan Bus

  • A metropolitan bus is a type of bus that operates in the metropolitan areas of other self governing organizations. The metropolitan BIS was pursued to share the information of buses operating between Ulsan and Yangsan,GyeongJu and provide the service to the residents.
